Choco cake.


 

Ingridients

Cake

2 cups self - rising flour

1 cup of sugar

50 gr. unsweetened cocoa flour

1 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoons baking soda

1 teanspoon salt

1 teaspoon filter coffee

1 cup of milk

60ml cup vegetable oil or canola oil

2 eggs

vanillas

1 cup boiling water

Frosting

85gr. soften butter

1/2 cup unsweetend cocoa

2.5 cups confictioner's sugar

30ml milk

colored sprinkles

vanilla

 

STEPS

1. Beat the vegetable oil with the sugar in a mixers bowl, until the mixture turns

white and fluffy.

2. Add the eggs, one at a time.

3. Then add the milk, the flour, the baking powder, the cacao powder, the baking soda, the salt and the filter coffee.

4. Then add the boiling water.

5. When all of the ingredients have been gently folded into the batter, transfer to the cake pan.

6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes (170° C).

7. Decorate it with the choco frosting and Bonne appetite!
